A personal budgeting tool

MiBudget is a terminal budgeting application built and used by one person to track their own income, expenses and subscriptions. It is not a public service and has no user accounts.

It can read transactions from the author's own bank account, with the author's explicit consent, through the PSD2 account information service of a licensed provider. It is strictly read-only and never initiates payments.
